Congratulations to our 2024 PCAL Champion Girls Flag Football team! With playoff wins over Palma, Salinas High, and Watsonville the girls were crowned PCAL champions in their second season as an official sport here at KCHS.
November 4-10 is HOSA Future Health Professionals Spirit Week. Since its creation in 1976, HOSA has grown steadily reaching over 260,000 members through 54 chartered HOSA Associations in the United States, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Canada, and China. Today is Medical Monday: HOSA students are dressed in the uniform of their favorite healthcare career.

Our girls’ golf team achieved the upset of the season last night, triumphing over both North Monterey County and Watsonville-two of the top three teams in our division. The Lady Mustangs secured first place in the tournament with a remarkable performance. A special shout-out goes to Mikayla McLane, who posted the tournament's lowest score with a 40! Congratulations to Anahi Martinez for her solid 48 and Alejandra Acero for her impressive 50. Well done, ladies!
